Recently Bridget recieved her Qualifications to Teach 'Interoception Yoga' a Style of Teaching developed by David Emersen to offer a complex stress relieving practice.
Bridget is also a Certified in Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Positional Therapy Bodywork and just recently became certified in IET- Integrative Energy Technique. in 2011 she put her style and philosophy into a 200 hr.Teacher Training Program that was approved through Yoga Alliance In 2014, Bridget expanded the Teacher Training another 300 hrs for 'Advanced Yoga Therapeutics' also YA approved.
